White, Cream or Black polyester chair covers will easily disguise unsightly banquet chairs. You are able to coordinate the look of your event by choosing from an extensive colorful variety of sashes.
The classic white chair cover
is always a wonderful choice at $3.25 per chair with
a $40.00 set up fee for local events, $50.00
set up fee for Sandusky, Ann Arbor, and
Defiance and $100.00 set up fee for
Columbus, Cleveland, and Tiffin, sashes included. Do it yourself and rent white, cream, or black chair covers w/sash at $2.75 per chair. Sash swatches are available when requested.

Our Policy |

•A customer service representative will be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
•Any phone calls after business hours will be transferred to our voice mail system.
•Please phone us to place your order.
•We recommend that you place your order three to six months prior to your event date to ensure availability. However, please do not hesitate to call us with any kind of emergency order. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
•A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to reserve your chair covers and linens for your event. The $75.00 deposit is applied to the rental cost of your order.
•Final payment
is due for DIY orders and full service
orders the week of your event. Your final
chair count is due by Tuesday for all
orders. If your establishment sets over your
count we will not be responsible for the
extra chairs in the room. We will only cover
your final count that you have provide us
with.
•Sales tax is charged to all final bills.
•If the chair size is not provided we are not liable for the fit to any chair that you choose to cover.
•Please be aware that once we reserve your order, other orders may be turned away to honor our commitment to you.
•In the event you need to cancel the order, your deposit will be forfeited.
•Any addition of items made less than two weeks prior to your event are subject to an additional 25% fee on the charges for those items.
•Swatches of our fabrics in the color family you are interested in are available upon request at no charge.
•If you have selected a sash color that is not stock and will have to special order it you will be charged an additional .70 per sash.

•Your date will be reserved for two week upon the return of the contract with deposit.

•All chair covers must be returned in the same quantity and condition that you receive them (i.e., no tears, rips, holes, food stains or wax stains).
•Full replacement cost will apply to any
item that is rendered unusable or missing
upon return of your order. Loss or damage
replacement cost on chair covers, sashes and
linen is five times the rental price. Loss
or damage replacement cost on all other
items is two and one half times the rental
cost. $3.25 we put on and take off. $2.75 you rent per chair.
•All put on and take off covers must be returned on Sunday or Monday before 5pm. If covers are not returned at these times you will be liable for an additional day rental at $2.75 per chair cover plus tax. $1.00 for just the sash. Special sash orders please add .70 per sash.
•Color selected below cannot be changed four weeks prior to your event date.
•Chairs with arm we do not cover.
•All returned check is subject to a $40.00 fee.
