Proprietor Alice Kemmer launched "I Do" Chair Covers in 2004 after having worked 20 years in the hospitality industry, starting as a waitress and working her way up facility manager at various restaurants and banquet halls and Country Clubs in the Toledo area. In addition to having outfitted hundreds of wedding receptions, "I Do " Chair Covers is the exclusive supplier of chair covers, sashes, table linen, and overlays for functions at the Hilton Toledo, Sylvania Country Club, the Inverness Club, Highland Meadows Golf Club, Stone Ridge Golf Club, and Sauder Village in Archbold, Ohio. Annual society gala events we serve include the Junior League Chocolate Soireé, the Snowball Gala at Sylvania Country Club, American Heart Association and the Toledo Opera Association's Sapphire Ball.

I do Chair Covers, is a locally owned Northwest Ohio based company, serving both Ohio and Michigan. We specialize in chair cover rental and sales for wedding receptions, banquets, or corporate events.
For the last six years, we have provided the latest trends for your banquet or wedding reception. Please review our design ideas for chair cover rental, sash rental and linen rentals. We give you more quality, and service than you expect. Swatches for our sashes are available upon request.
Please make clear if your chairs are banquet or folding chair. Measure from the top of the back of the chair to the floor. Measurement of the width of the chairs back at the widest point.
Note: our standard size chair cover fits most banquet style chairs. Chairs with arms we do not cover.
Your date will be reserved for two weeks upon the return of the contract with deposit. All chair covers, linens must be returned in the same quality and condition that you
received them. (i.e. no tears, rips, holes or wax stains).
Full replacement cost will apply to any item that is rendered unusable or missing upon return of your order. Loss or damage replacement cost on chair covers, sashes, and linens is five times the rental price. Loss or damage replacement cost on all other items is two and one half times the rental cost. $3.25, if we put on and take off. $2.75 you rent chair covers with sash.
All put on and take off covers must be returned on Sunday or Monday before 5 p.m.
If covers, sashes & linens are not returned at these times, you will be liable for an additional $2.75 per chair cover, per DIY commitment plus tax and just $1.50 for the sash.
Colors selected for your date cannot be changed four weeks prior to your event date.
Refundable security deposit is returned once your chair covers are inspected after they are returned on time.

Policies
Please call us at 419-283-2000 or fax us at 419-843-9093. A customer service representative will be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time. Any phone calls after business hours will be transferred to our voice mail system. Please phone us to place your order.
We recommend that you place your order three to six months prior to your event date to ensure availability. However, please do not hesitate to call us with any kind of emergency order. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. A non-refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your chair covers and linens for your event.
Final payment is due at pick up for DIY orders and full service orders. Your final chair count is due by Tuesday for all orders. If your establishment sets over your count we will not be responsible for the extra chairs in the room. We will only cover your final count that you have provide us with. Sales tax is charged to all final bills.
If the chair size is not provided we are not liable for the fit to any chair that you choose to cover.
Please be aware that once we reserve your order, other orders may be turned away to honor our commitment to you. In the event you need to cancel the order, your deposit will be forfeited.
